From Spark to Flame: Journey of The VSF Tech Interview Club

As 2023 draws to a close, the VSF Tech Interview Club reflects on an incredible journey that began in late 2022, founded by Veera Gundu, Srinivasa Patchigolla, and Srinath Sura. What started as a shared vision to uplift the technical acumen of VSF community members has evolved into a thriving platform for continuous learning and meaningful connections.

Milestones and Highlights:

• Weekly Zoom Sessions focused on system design use cases and behavioral interview prep, providing hands-on value for high-tech professionals navigating career transitions or growth.

• Two daylong in-person conferences, where members deepened their learning, gained insights from industry leaders on AI, ML, and career strategies, and built professional networks.

• A tight-knit, purpose-driven community, with active members forming the backbone of the club.
